my liner got screwed

My liner got screwed literally. It seems one of the screws that hold the rail to the wedding cake steps worked its way loose and fell out. It punctured the liner before I found it. I'm not sure how big of a hole there is currently because it is right at the bottom edge of the step and I haven't moved them out of the way yet. So what is the best way to fix this screwed up situation.

Sorry about your screwed up liner, it just needs a Boxer vinyl patch kit. Easy to do under water.
