Can a regular Joe like me buy this stuff? I need about 50' of the Tan. Home Depot only carries white in 5' sections. My pool guy that is redoing the cool deck wants 500.00 to replace it .

Do a search (say google) under Deck-o-drain.

I believe it comes in 10' sections. Should be right about $19 or $20 per section. There are couplings you use to join the pieces together.
And like Maxout pointed out do a web search and several will come up.

I was hoping there was a pool builders supply house type place that might be local so I don't have to buy on line.

Deck-O-Drain is manufactured by W.R. Meadows. They have suppliers all over the country. Try calling 1-800-342-5976 and asking for a dealer in your area. Make sure you ask for a Deck-O-Drain dealer as most of their dealers will not keep this product. W.R.M. is a manufacturer of products for the concrete industry mainly, but do have limited products in other trades. I am a dealer of their products, but do not keep this particular one.

Gracias Weasel .. Thats the type of supplier I was looking for. They may even have the pop up heads for the in pool cleaning system..
