I am moving my 21' legacy pool. The old house was pretty level so i just put down a layer of happy bottom and perfect bottom. The new ground is not as level (about 4 inches out of level), I hired someone to remove sod and dig out to make it level. This person wants to put down a 2" layer of sand incase there are any rocks. will this make the pool unstable?. i will still use my happy and perfect bottoms and put patio stones under legs
