I filled my all my lines with about six (6) gallons of RV/pool anti-freeze in the fall. DO I need to pump it all out now before starting up the pump and filter? If I leave it in is there any harm? Please advise.

I start my pump on backwash, which pumps what's in the drain and skimmer lines out, but I don't worry about the return lines.

Even better - stary your system up with your valve on 'Waste' and send that stuff to the drain/sewer/ditch/yard.
It's non-toxic, so I don't think there's any problem with it going to any of the above locations - including into your pool. 6 Gallons in 20,000 gallons of water isn't of any significant concern for that type of chemical. It's designed to easily degrade.
