    Again, you've got it right! The top of the liner would have to be moved in the direction of the bottom of a ~vertical wrinkle to make it go away - you can't get 'too crazy' with it or you'll cause a wrinkle in the other ~ vertical direction

    Just a follow up question, my overlap liner has the black plastic strips that fit over the top of the liner. Should I wait to fix all the wrinkles to put them back or can I put them on as I work out the wrinkles one section at a time.

    I would take it 1 or 2 sections at a time unless you had to have more of it off to work the entire wrinkle.
