    shock the pool and bring your CYA up to about 40 ppm. Then maintian your FC at about 4 ppm and you should be good to go. You might find that you have a chlorine demand at first (as indicated by perisistant CC and FC not holding) so just keep shocking to 15 ppm and holding it there until the CC is gone and the FC is holding. The rest of your numbers are perfect.
