Default Pool Pilot DIG 220 stuck on 100%

just installed new cell (48) and cord. not sure if it was stuck on 100% before.

now, when I try to adjust percentage down, it won't budge. tried turning on and off. no go. tried hitting down button (obviously). no go.

just adjusting by cell power level, but would prefer to use percentage.

Are you sure you are not in boost mode?

Boost was my first thought. I'm positive. Well, it says no boost or boost off...I guess it could be on but telling me it is off. But I'm doubtful on that.

Regardless, it has been run enough for the boost to turn.

    Has this been resolved?

Usually pressing and holding the DOWN button will get it to move after about 10 seconds. If not, press and hold the UP button for about 10 seconds, then press and hold DOWN until it moves. which should be just a few seconds.
