Sand Filter - HELP!

My husband is out of town - AGAIN - and I don't know what to do. Right now, we have a Doughboy AquaView - it sprung a leak two days ago. Now it has sprung many leaks. I need to purchase a new one, but can't find the same one. So I need help to pick another one.

Here is what the label says on the one we have -
Filter area 2.0 sq. ft
Maximum pressure - 25 P.S.I.
Filter Media -225 lbs., No. 20 Filter Sand
Bed Depth - 12in.

My pool is 16 X 32. I see many different ones online - like Hayward, but I have no idea which one I should purchase. I need to get this ordered soon, or I will be dealing with a green pool. Please help me - I really need it. Thanks!!

Luckily, which I didn't think of - it is under warranty. The pool equipment is less than 2 years old. Dealer delivering the new one this week.

Glad to hear that your problem is being solved. My lateral standpipe in my sand filter was defective. I wish I had thought of it being under warranty.
