Aquabot doesn't reverse - help?

Anybody ever have this problem?
I put my Aquabot in the pool as I have for the past 3 years, turn it on and it starts cleaning, but as it climbs the wall and reaches the top, it never reverses.

It does "pause" as it would normally do, but instead of reversing, it continues.

It does however reverse for about 2 seconds, but then goes forward again.

So it winds up staying on the wall and never going back down to clean.

What model Aquabot do you have ??some of them have incline sensors and if you start them off on an incline rather than the straight floor ,it will not clean properly. Also check the tightness of the belts under the side plates.
