My leak specialist said this is only the second one he has seen in his career. It was the last thing he checked, and he was very surprised.

I called the city to get permission to fill the pool and asked for a reduced rate but they said no. I think they are losing money from the mandatory water restrictions over the past year so they aren't giving anyone a break.

Thanks for the input, I thought about just keeping the patched liner for now and topping it off but my installer said he is afraid it will continue happening.
