minor plaster repair waterline tiles

After replaceing some water line tiles some of the plaster fell off( 2 inch length x 1/4" height) just below the tiles. I think a read somewhere to just feather it with the waterproof grout?

Is this correct or does anyone have any other ideas.

Also, does Homedepot have the waterproof grout? On all the grout I have seen they all say not to use in prolong water.
