Ok, so we have a concrete pool with fiberglass panels around the top. The water is constantly dropping and in the winter it falls just bellow the panels. It is a fairly older pool. We are pretty sure that the leak is in the panels. Is there anything out there that can be used to repair them that doesnt cost an arm and a leg??
