HELP with 24 ft Intex Ultra Side Pool

Intex says its a 24ft pool, but is it really? There are no drawings available per Intex so I am struck. I need this dimension for footing setup. Can't do this with water in pool.

Can anyone provide me the Diameter of the Pool?

Measuring from the outside to the outside of the top rail would be great.

I think you are seriously overcomplicating something that is really really easy, but here it is.. MY pool is 284" from outstide to outside at the top rail, and measured leg to leg, not flat to flat. I can't garauntee yours will be EXACTLY the same. And, yes with a couple inches of water, you can still push the liner back at the leg points enough to still adjust your footings. Good Luck!
