+ info about HOW you tested (which kit; how often)
+ your pool size (gallons) and type (vinyl, concrete, above-ground, in-ground)
+ your filter type (sand, cartridge, DE)
+ what chemicals you've used recently,
+ and how you treat or sanitize your pool.+ make and model of the equipment.Without some -- and preferably all -- of that information, we will only be wasting your time by guessing.

You can get reliable and useful starter test kit, the a HTH 6-Way Test Kit (~$23) (made by Taylor) from Amazon or Walmart. [ Do NOT use the stabilizer / CYA test until AFTER you've added stabilizer. There are only 3x tests for CYA in that kit.]
