Looks like you're making progress!! Keep it up!! Sometimes it just takes awhile for the filter to get it all. If your pressure is still rising while the pump is running, and goes back down again after backwashing, then your filter is catching the stuff.

Ok, so I'll keep going but do I let the Chlorine go down at this point to maintenance level? Also, should I think about upping the cya? Is it time to do anything about the high TA?

With a CC of 1, I'd still maintain the high cl for a while longer. Don't worry about anything else right now. The other things can be adjusted a little later.
