    We really are going to need some current water testing results taken with a drops-based kit to be able to help. Also, tell us what type and volume the pool is and what all you have added -- meaning ingredients and not just "shock." Then somebody here can try and help.

    Hi Dave;

    When I upgraded your registration, I noted your email address. It sounds like your pool might be a commercial pool? If so, you'll need to include all the following info:

    + Approx daily bather load
    + Pool gallons
    + Pump size
    + Chemicals (kinds, & approx quantities) added in the last 2 weeks.
    + Test results.

    Clearing up a commercial pool is not like clearing up a lightly loaded residential pool.

    Also, is the cloud is clearly white, that's different then if the cloud is green. It changes how you treat it.
