    Default Pump timer wiring

    Hi, I have a new intermatic P1353ME timer to replace my old intermatic T104. The pump is wired to terminals 1 and 2 and my heater (a Laars LX400) is wired to terminals 3 and 4.

    How does this translate to my new timer?

    Thanks!

    Hi;

    I'm sorry, but I'm closing this thread. It's not possible to answer your question safely based on the information you've given, but if I don't close the thread, someone may try.

    Electrical wiring around pools kills people when it's done wrong, and -- frankly -- your question reveals the fact that you do not know enough to be doing your own wiring, with any reasonable level of safety.

    I strongly, VERY strongly, recommend that you hire an electrician. It's a small job, and shouldn't cost too much.

    Sincerely,

    Ben / PoolDoc
