use the bleach for now...
Until we get good readings on all the rest of your chemicals, you want to avoid dichlor, trichlor, and cal hypo, I think
Use muriatic acid to lower pH, borax to raise pH, maintain between 7.2 and 7.8
Use bleach to maintain your chlorine
get a full set of tests when you can, and post numbers
What does the water look like? Is it clearing up, or still green, or cloudy?
