Hi: I'm about to have a new liner installed on 6/23... what's the best plan for adding chemicals (stabilizer, chlorine, baking soda, borax) to new pool water. When? Do I add anything before the pool is completely full?

I've been a BBB user for years, but have never had to start from zero! If there is a guide for this, that would be helpful!
