Hayward Navigator doesn't go forward

My Hayward Navigator doesn't go forward anymore. it barely moves and turns first one way and then the other. I thought maybe the pads were too worn and replaced them. But still no (very little) forward movement. Could it be the springs in the rocker arms need replacing? Anyone know what is going on?

Hi Billsv1 and welcome to the forum. I assume you have tried the most obvious thing -- backwashing your filter, correct? Hopefully someone will be along shortly who might have an idea of something to help you.
