The equipment gurus should be along soon to help give you useable info, but off the top of my head, I wouldn't think so. A pool the size you describe should contain about 130 gallons. You MAY be able to find a commercially-sized aquarium pump that would eventually get that much water turned over, but you're not going to have suitable filtering.
