There are a number of people here who are knowledgeable about specific models of SWCGs. So do this:

    1. Find your exact model # and manufacturer name. Write that down.
    2. Check that there IS adequate flow past the cell -- valves open, pump basket clear, filter clean, etc.
    3. If there IS adequate flow, and the light remains off, power cycle the SWCG. Leave it off for several minutes, then turn it back on.
    4. If you've verified that there is FLOW, and if power cycling doesn't fix anything, reply, but INCLUDE the model and make info.
