The bioguard mineral spings SWCG is a rebranded Goldine Aquarite and the manual and info can be found frm Hayward/Goldline.

How old is your cell? When is the last time you cleaned it? Cells do wear out and heed to be replaced. Your cell is a Hayward/Goldline T15
Also, the flow switch could have gone bad. These also sometimes need to be replaced.

Posting a full set of water test results, including salt level would be helpful. Test the salt with a meter or test kit or strip and don't rely on the reading if your unit has a digital readout because if the cell is going bad or is fouled with scale deposits then your reading will not be accurate.

My cell is only 2 years old. I have cleaned it 3 times and just last week. The pool is fine but still does not show the green light on for generating sanitizer. Thanks, JERRY

Yes, Jerry, we were able to determine that the green light wasn't coming on, from your first post. It's not clear why you'd ask the same question twice, and not respond to any of the efforts to help you.

Where are the test results Waterbear asked for? Did you read the Goldline manual Waterbear linked for you? What is your water temperature?

    ------------------------------------------------

Like I said, your response doesn't make sense . . . unless a spammer or a troll has hijacked your email and identity.

So I checked your IP, and since it was a dynamic IP , I checked the IPs near you. Other then some posts on a Harry Potter wiki, your IP doesn't have a visible bad history. But dynamic IPs can be changed easily and there are a LOT Of spammers in your immediate IP neighborhood, far more than is typical. Clearly, someone in your neighborhood is engaging in criminal Internet activity.

So, I'm banning you. Email me at poolforum AT gmail DOT com, if there's a legitimate reason why you asked the same question twice, and didn't respond to any of the first posts trying to help you.
