Pool Steps

When we purchased our pool (27ft ABG)at the end of last summer we bought the Ocean Blue steps that the water can circulate through. Nice steps, no algae under them when we closed the pool. Problem is when you take them out of the water, they fall apart. They have been assembled properly. Is there any type of glue that would be safe to use and water proof? Will be putting them back in the pool shortly and really don't want the same problem when we take them out again. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I just googled Ocean Blue Steps warranty and it said there is a one year warranty. Do you still have your receipt? If so, I'd give the company a call.
