    Unhappy water never clear

Hi. My pool is approx 5,000 gal. Fill it fresh every year with well water. High metal content causes a reaction to chlorine. Water turns brown instantly when shocked. I use stain & scale remover to treat it. Water will turn back to blue but remains cloudy. I've done everything pool specialist tell me but Never gets clear. Also have treated it wth phosphate remover. Have hard time maintaining a chlorine reading. Please help! I'm very interested in going the BBB route!

Have you filled yet? If not, wait. If so, tell us EXACTLY what you've already added.

And fill out the Pool Chart (about 30seconds) so we know what sort of pool we're talking about.
