Very new to pools

I'm renting a home with a 16x32 inground vinyl-lined pool. I've never had a pool before, but thanks to all of you here at this forum, I'm much less intimidated by it. My pool is crystal clear and the only level that is high is my cya. I've been using the BBB method and it really seems to be working well. Thanks so much for all the wonderful information. My only problem seems to be the cloudy weather!

(Even the weather is good news, at least to us. We're getting chance to get caught up a bit. Traffic has been more than we could handle, here.)
