I'm not really sure how much experience Waste has installing 16' Intex Ultra Frame pools. His opinion is likely to be no better than mine or Watermom's (sorry if that's not true Ted). I've installed several Intex donuts (three of my own) and I expect the material of the Ultra Frame to be the same. I do, in fact, have positive experience dishing out the center of my intex pools.
