pool and coping/concrete edge seperation

Had a new pool installed last June 2011, completed in early October 2011.

Noted gap above tile edge and coping this May, when first used this season. Afraid it will lift up the concrete edge more over time, contacted pool builder, response slow.

Anyone have any ideas in how to fix this.
