Any Water test result spread sheet or software available?

Does anyone know if a spread sheet or if software is available where you can log all your pool water test results on your computer. It would be really nice if I could have all my test info in one place and the issues I have encountered over time. I was thinking it would be useful in tracking my pools health and illnesses from year to year and see if I am getting any better at this stuff. I welcome all comments on this idea!

I used to just set up a spreadsheet with the various tests across the top and the dates taken down the side. I don't bother anymore.

I'm actually just beginning a test of that with about 30 subscribers. There are still some openings, but I'm only making it available to subscribers.

My tentative plans are that this will be a feature of subscriptions in 2013.
