Default New Member/Hose from Pump to filter

Hi, We purchased a home last year with an above ground pool, and this is our first pool season.

We have like the pool a lot, however a couple of days ago the hose that connects the pump to the filter keeps coming off when we turn the system on. It comes off at the part attached to the pump. It has worked fine all summer, any advice on why its doing this?

    Thank You.

Without seeing pictures of the equipment and hose . . . it would be hard to tell. You can post pictures with Photobucket, Flickr, Webshots or Picasa. Or, you can email them to [email protected] .

Hoses stretch out after a while, well the flexible plastic ones anyway... but I'm not sure what kind of hose you have. We use those stainless steel screw clamps to get an extra snug fit where the hose fits over a fitting (on the flex hoses).
