Today, we had holes drilled and umbrella sleeves placed within holes with caps for when not in use. The top of the cap is so small our umbrella won't fit into it. The top cap will pop off somwe can then insert the umbrella but it wobbles to and fro. The company doing the work charged $100 per hole and dont have smaller sleeves so now what?
