Unhappy New to this aquatic forum with cloudy water

Greetings Ya'll....that's what we say down here I am struggling with cloudy water. I've treated the greenness for two weeks...it now has just a very light green cast, but somewhat cloudy too......$100 later it better but not good. Chlorine is good, but I can't seem to raise the PH to appropriate levels!!! Aggravating!!! any suggestions welcome! Thanks!

    1. Start adding 1 gallon of PLAIN 6% household bleach per 10K gallons of pool water EACH evening, till you have a plan.
    2. Order a K2006 (link below) and report CYA levels as soon as you get it.
    3. Get a local OTO/phenol red kit (yellow/red drops) and make sure your chlorine is above 3 ppm and your pH between 7.0 and 8.0.
