Liner alignment issues to skimmer after low water level

Sorry, but I don't know of a good way to fix a 'shrunk' 16 year old liner. You could try taking the water all the way down (with suction applied UNDER the liner) and then seeing if you can work it into place.

I'm not a liner expert, and Ted (Waste) isn't posting much, but I'm guessing you'd better start pricing new liners.
