    Default Vacuuming issue

Whenever I vacuum my pool with 45 minutes there is a bunch of dirt back in the middle. What am I doing wrong?? Thought it was the filter, but I just installed a new Hayward cartridge system. This happened when I has a DE filter too. Help!!

What is most likely happening is that as you move the vacuum head, you are stirring dirt up into the suspension of the water. Then, later as the water quiets back down, the dirt falls back to the pool floor. I see the same thing happening in my pool if I get in too big of a rush as I vacuum. You have to move it very, very slowly so you don't stir it up.
