18' A/G pool 8000 gallons

Have had some electrical problems with pool pump among various other issues. but DID add the stabilizer to the skimmer and now have CYA

Not sure how to use the bleach calculator but here are my numbers.. How much bleach to add??

FC - .5
CC - 0
TC - .5
ph - 7.2
alk - 190
cal - 10
cya - 30

Not sure where to keep the chlorine levels.
