Smile How do I obtain variable depth in an above ground pool... Help!

    Hi guys,

I dont really know if this is even possible, but this is my situation..

I just got a 14' x 42" above ground round pool, with metal frame, I have not installed yet, will level the ground this weekend.

My youngest kid is 3 years old (41" height) and the oldest is a teenager + all cousins that are above 40" height. The little one won't be able to enjoy it at the most because it is too deep for her.. but if I can get 36 inches depth in some areas... she will.

Is it possible to have different or variable depth in the pool..? maybe putting something under the liner..

If you have any idea.. please hit me!

I don't think you can get away with different levels on the pool bottom of a 14' diameter pool!

Not to worry: a 42" pool (on the box) will have a 36" water level, maximum. Regardless, teach her to bob to get a breath, and to get to the side and grab a bar.

And never EVER let her swim unwatched!

For what it's worth, my sons, now 19 and 27, never knew pools had bottoms kids could touch till they were 10 or so. They always swam in various commercial pools I serviced, that were over their heads. Both became accomplished swimmers.
