Default Blocking ONE return - safe? How?

    Hi all,

Relatively new pool owner (just under a year). Just recently got a polaris 360. Cleaned out skimmer and back washed before operating. Pressure seems a little low and it moves VERRYYY slowly.

We have two returns, one of which is powering the polaris. I want to increase pressure by plugging the other return. Is this safe to do? I don't want to do any damage to filtration/pump equipment.

Is this the right way to go about this? I would only be doing this fir a few hours maybe twice a week.

    Thanks so much!
