    Default Vacation & Chlorine Levels

We will be going on vacation for about 9 days. The question: Should we put a couple gallons extra of bleach in before leaving and some chlorines tabs in a floater ? Going to turn the pump off. Afraid the sun will evaporate the water level to below the skimmer and burn the pump up. The pool is in direct sun light all day long. Really don't want to come back to a green pool. Any suggestions?
