Will bleach affect my pool warranty? Pool is green!!!

I could tell you that bleach wouldn't hurt your pool . . . but that's not relevant: pool warranties are often written by people clueless about pool chemistry. I've seen warranties that REQUIRED damaging pool chemistry!

In general, pool equipment manufacturers are fairly clueless about pool chemistry. The only way to tell what's in the warranty is to read it, and the only way to tell how it would be interpreted is to ask the company offering the warranty.

On the other hand . . . how would they know, if you used bleach?
