You'll need to do your own legwork on those; they are not national brands with national reputations (good OR bad), but private labels with only a local presence. The whole point of private labeling is to obscure apples-to-apples comparisons, like you are requesting! Check local BBB units and 'reputation' sites for info on the LOCAL STORES and the business. Particularly, look for information on how they handle warranties.

    A few other comments:
    • Both pools appear to have construction that would be VERY susceptible to salt corrosion (this is typical for AG pools), so do NOT plan to add a salt water chlorinating system.
    • All of the component brand 'info' ("Syntex" resin) is nonsense, and meaningless.
    • Hayward is better than Waterway
    • AVOID any "mineral" system -- it's a way to lock you in to over-priced, under-performing chemicals.

    Good luck!

Upgraded membership and moved thread to the AG construction section. You may need to log out and back in to see everything.

PS.You can search use Google to search multiple pool sites, using Google's 'advanced search operators" to limit your search to specific sites. This page of mine will create the search links for you. Google knows my site -- and all the others -- much better than those sites internal search functions! And, if you need to post pictures -- of your pool, filter, pump, piping, what-not -- there are instructions on this page

Please note: the Super Search page does NOT search directly; it only CREATES special Google links, that enable a FOCUSED Google search!
