Test results for opening

I have to say I am completely happy with all of the great advice I received from everyone last year!This is our first opening and my numbers are as follows:
FC-3
CC-0
TC-3
ph-7.4
Alk-170
Cal-160
CYA-50
We just got the cover off and I think I will need to add chlorine but I don't know how many ppm I should bring it up to. Also how do I know how much borax to add to bring the ph up.

With a cya of 50, you need to keep your chlorine level between 3 - 6 all the time. Also, your ph is fine at 7.4. Don't mess with it. Everything else looks good.
