I'm not sure if the off-brand Ultra bleaches label their chlorine content.

Though I've seen the off-brand "Ultra" bleach sold elsewhere, several grocery stores in my neighborhood sell an off-brand product that is labeled Disinfectant Bleach. Active ingredient: Sodium Hypochlorite 6.0%.

Just make sure there aren't a bunch of other additives. You want nothing but sodium hypochlorite and water.
