Question Polaris 9300 automatic pool cleaner

I recently purchased a Polaris 9300 pool cleaner. It does not clean the low section of the pool with any regularity.

Is anyone having similar experiences and/or can you recommend any other product?

How big is your pool (15 x 30, 25 x 50 feet etc.)? Are you operating on Cycle I (1.5 hrs) or Cycle II (2.5 hrs)? When you say low section -- do you mean the deep end or just the bottom (floor) of your pool?

If it seems reluctant to stay on the floor or go in the deep end be sure every bit of air is forced out of the robot as you are submersing it (see page 9, Submerging the Cleaner).
